All sessions include guidance through your practice and a light meal at the end. We alwas provide cacao, essential oils, and cold emersion equipment as required.

1. Yoga Mat: Ground yourself in the sanctuary of nature with a supportive yoga mat, providing stability and cushioning for your practice.
2. Blanket: Wrap yourself in warmth and coziness with a soft blanket, inviting relaxation and comfort as you delve deep into your inner exploration.
